Terms & Conditions:
In order to make this package valid, all guests including the wedding couple must be staying at the hotel where the wedding will be hosted.
Valid only from Monday to Friday. Ceremony schedule is from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Only in exceptional cases, wedding passes will be admitted at the ceremony for $70 USD per person. Wedding passes must be considered in the maximum number of guests.
To use the beach location for the ceremony, an additional cost must be paid, and the reservation must be made 1 month before the wedding.

Special group check-in with welcome drinks and snacks: At least 90% of the group is required to arrive on the same itinerary to use this benefit.

Terms & Conditions for a Complimentary Package:
To make the package valid: have a contract for a minimum of 12 rooms in double occupancy and 4 nights of accommodation (or 48 room nights) at The Pyramid Cancún for the wedding group.
If the minimum number of rooms and nights is not met, a charge for the wedding package will be applied to the couple 1 month prior to the wedding.
All guests must be accommodated. Non-hosted guests are not allowed.
The number of people includes children of all ages and the wedding couple (bride and groom).
Dinner reception location is assigned according to the number of guests.
Two-course menu: starter and main course. Menu aimed at all diners, special dishes are prepared for up to 10% of the total number of guests due to allergies or dietary restrictions.
Weddings are not held on the day of arrival or departure of the wedding group and/or bride and groom.
Use of the beach for events with additional cost. Please consult with your O Weddings expert.
Inclusions in this package are not refundable or exchangeable for other services.
The event must conclude at 10:00 p.m. unless extra event hours are contracted at an additional cost. Fees apply for external service providers. Please consult details with your O Weddings expert.
